So they actually pollute their air and then we get cleaner air but the same amount of shit goes into the Earth's atmosphere. That's kind of the idea. So here's what happened. And it's a trading system because that's how Al Gore makes his money. Right. So here's what happened. They had this debate, the whole debate began, people were talking about this because John Bonner... Isn't it Boehner?

If you say I'm going to give him one minute and he takes 35 minutes, then you have lost one minute.
